Most anywhere you live, you are probably required to obtain a legal permit before you make any changes to the structure of your building. Historic districts often require a review of the changes to make sure that the exterior of the building will match with the neighborhood requirements after your project is complete.

Permit plans show your existing space and the changes you wish to make to it. Specific requirements vary by town. We research the requirements in your town and create plans to accomodate them.

Most of our permit plans breeze through the permit process. Occassionally, however, the town comes back with a change or two they require. We will complete these changes for you and reprint the drawings for you at no extra charge.
